Personal Training

 

I have a keen interest in training outdoors, away from the gym environment and am able to offer training in a wide range of environments as well as in your own home. Train with me on the hilly South Downs, the flat seafront of Brighton & Hove, woodland areas as well as parks, gardens, streets and lanes in and around your local area. I aim to take the formality out of exercising and the content of your session is driven by your preferences according to your likes and dislikes.

 

 

I use a variety of portable equipment so that the gym can be brought to you and used anywhere.

 

I am able to offer you advice, guidance and strategies for weight loss and maintenance. I have personal experience of weight loss and management and am passionate about healthy eating and exercise and its link with general health and wellbeing.
